I’m a big advocate for seeking professional help and won’t shy away or be embossed about the fact that I had therapy. So, working with SF was a no brainer and if sharing my journey helps one individual it’s been worth it.
Sikh Forgiveness is a platform that makes talking about mental health normal and less stigmatised. It tackles those conversations within the South Asian diaspora which are constantly hidden and shamed. Mental Health is not a hashtag! Which something I am very passionate about.
